1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the nomad Media Group platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

nomad Media Group operates a platform that connects owner-operator truckers with advertisers seeking mobile billboard advertising on 53-foot trailers. We facilitate the matching, installation, tracking, and payment processes for trailer wrap advertising campaigns.

3. Driver Terms

As a driver on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your trailer, routes, and operating authority
• Maintain the wrapped trailer in reasonable condition
• Complete monthly photo check-ins as required
• Allow GPS tracking during active campaigns
• Not intentionally damage or alter the wrap without authorization
• Notify us promptly of any significant damage to the wrap

4. Advertiser Terms

As an advertiser on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign requirements and creative materials
• Ensure advertising content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Pay for campaigns according to agreed terms
• Not use the platform for illegal, deceptive, or harmful advertising

5. Payments

Driver payments are processed monthly via direct deposit. Advertiser payments are collected upfront before wrap installation begins. Specific payment terms are outlined in individual campaign agreements.

6. Campaign Acceptance and Rejection

Drivers have the right to accept or reject any campaign offer at their sole discretion. Rejecting a campaign will not affect a driver's standing on the platform or eligibility for future offers.

7. Wrap Installation and Removal

We coordinate wrap installation and removal through certified partners. We provide rental trailers during installation to minimize driver downtime. We guarantee no damage to trailer paint from proper installation and removal.

8. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of their creative content. nomad Media Group retains ownership of the platform, technology, and any aggregated data or insights derived from campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nomad Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate their participation on the platform with appropriate notice. Active campaigns will be completed according to their terms, and wrap removal will be coordinated at no cost to the driver.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
